Giggling about something very funny at Stanley Park 'Bright Nights'

Ditto for this one. Our friend Emily

Dave, Mel and Abby waiting in line for the train

Mmmmm...hot chocolate!

Deanna helping Sammy make a Christmas gift.

We have the most ridiculous fat ginger cat named Brian. He is hilarious and completely lovely. He decided to take a nap in one of our cupboards and forgot that we now have children...and therefore child locks!

Help!!

The colander series.

Sammy's snowman...sideways!?

I took care of four children under the age of five for about five hours the other day. Mel's baby sitter got the flu and she was in a bind. I took a deep breath and said, "sure, bring the kids over!" Actually, the girls had a great time and Miles loved watching it all. Brad got home early from work and we all had a good dinner together. They didn't watch videos the entire time (I promise). But let's face it, in times like these, TV helps!

Cutie Abby with the most amazing hair!

Apparently, they were putting the decorating candy in bowls. I'd say caught red-handed, but you be the judge!

The gang decorating gingerbread houses with whatever candy wasn't consumed by Téa and Sammy.

Ron focusing on his building challenge. We were short half a roof. Must focus! Miles is sending good vibes. Deanna is laughing at them.

The Dundas/Gill end result.

I have quite a lot of catching up to do here so the photos will be coming fast and furious. Sorry for the hiatus!! We've been doing a lot of fun things and, what with Christmas preparations, I'm falling behind. Here we go!
The big dump of snow that we got in November. Someone was very excited...until it melted!? But we did get a full 24 hours to play.

We took Sammy to see our friend Steve and his daughter Aubrey in The Sound of Music. This is the cute outfit she wore sent to us by my stepmom, Helen. Thanks Granny and Grandad! Considering the show is 3 hours long, Sammy did pretty well. However, she did at one point say that she had, "had enough of the sound of music!" And I did have to remove her during the love duet for pretending to sneeze and then screaming when I asked her to be quiet!! Nothing like the live theatre experience. Sorry about that Steve.

The kitty cat series. Part 1

Part 2
Part 3

Who is that?

The kids are actually playing together! Miles is wearing pink in honour of my Aunt Diana who passed away recently. Pink was her favourite colour and this photo was taken on the day of her funeral. We couldn't make it to London, England so we wore our pink here.

Look ma, I'm helping!

Don't hate me 'cause I'm beautiful!

A few recent iphone pictures

We headed out to Abbotsford the other day in search of 'Apple Barn'. We just missed the apple picking season, but we did get to watch them pressing the apples for cider...yum! They have a little petting zoo and some fun kid slides and trikes (that they call tractors!) Next year, we will aim for the picking season and then bake a lot with apples!

Moma and Miles at Googie's 60th birthday dinner.

Birthday boy

I don't know what they are doing, but I think it is a cute photo!

And added Halloween night photo that is out of focus, but too hilarious not to include!

Saying goodbye to Great Nanny.

Sammy's cat pumpkin. She drew the face of the cat herself!

Silly Moma and Googie!!
